Responsibilities:
Strong Coordination with Client and in house departments, to make the timely deliverance of projects
Assign and monitor work of technical personnel,ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives,on-time and within budget.
Oversee all project activities, across IT and Business Groups. Plan and schedule project timeliness and milestones using appropriate tools
Direct and Manage project execution, ensuring target achievements and timely delivery. Handle shifting priorities and multiple projects independently.
Manage all project related documentation like proposals, progress reports, requirements documentation and presentations.

Skills Required:
Ideal Candidates should have
1. A background or understanding of IT,Web Designing, Web Development and Applications Development Projects
2. Complete Understanding and Experience of Working on Outsourcing Websites like Elance, RentACoder, Guru and Get a Freelancer Etc.
3. Excellent Team Player Skills, Experience and Expertise
4. Excellent Command Over Written and Spoken English
5. Experience in Communicating with International Clients
6. Goal Oriented,Target Oriented, Result Oriented and Can Do Approach and ability to confidently step outside of their comfort zone when required
3 month probation period (with the stipend of Rs 5000). Once probation period is successfully completed then you will be hired as permanent Employee.
