Job Description
- To assist Assistant Program Manager in all activities related this program
- To maintain a complete record of general office activites in the Directorate office
- To evaluate the orphans data received from Regions and remove anomalies if exist to maintain a hard and soft copies of flawless data
- To remain in contact with Regional team for regular updations and verifications
- Be a part of team to arrange meetings, conferences and project team activities.
- Adhere to the stated policies and procedures of the organization
Job Specification
- Command on English Reading and Writing
- Command on Internet, email, uploading and downloading data
- Command on MS Word, Power Point, inpage urdu, specially in excel
- Command on MS Access will be preferred
- Analytical mided self esteam and energatic
