Job Description
- To provide customer support via, phone, online chat, web ticket and emails to the customers on the account, he/she has been dedicated and assigned.
- To perform all tasks in accordance with SOPs set for the account.
- To maintain daily reports as per the requirements of client and send it to the immediate supervisor.
Job Specification
- Good command over Spoken English (US & UK Accent is mandatory).
- Strong communication skills, fluent and persuasive.
- Graduate with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
