Job Description
Urgent Full-time experienced graphics/media designer with web design experience required for our Islamabad based international digital media agency startup.
We are looking for creative designers who can come up with innovative ideas and designs and play an active role in growing and shaping our company.
Main duties:
- brainstorming and mocking up design ideas
- designing creative user interfaces (web 2.0) for complete B2B/B2C web applications
- designing client branding, marketing/advertising/promotional material (including flash animations) from scratch with little or no guidance
- modifications to existing interface templates to suit customer requirements
- you will be expected to take a leading role and get involved in business decisions and planning
- and various other duties related to a digital media agency and its daily internal routines
Job Specification
Essential skills:
- 3+ years commercial experience with highly creative graphics and website design experience.
- must be quick thinker with great ideas, who can work on his own initiative and help the company grow
- Photoshop, CSS, Slicing, Flash, Knowledge of Web 2.0, W3C standards and JavaScript/Jquery, Html
Desirable skills - the following is not mandatory but will make candidates with these skills will stand out:
- experience with motion graphics
- any website development skills (asp.net)
- any online promotion/marketing/seo skills
- experience in designing and implementing layouts/templates for popular CMS applications like Joomla, Wordpress, dotnetnuke, etc.
- html mobile apps design

- can mock-up quick designs and modify things quickly
- are able to work second/evening shift hours hours) to completion on your own.
- have an excellent set of example work you can show of professional looking sites
- have reasonable english communication skills.

A good salary will be offered to the right candidate (between Rs.15,000 and Rs.30,000 based on skills/portfolio), with the opportunity to work from home also, and excellent growth and progression opportunities with the company.
