We are are massively expanding into the Pakistan market and need to fill up the position below:

Job Title: Regional Manager

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the company’s investment development and organizational construction in the local area, several sales directors and sales representatives under the team report to the marketing manager

2. Under the work deployment of the marketing manager, formulate quarterly plans and monthly plans for the region, decompose and deploy them to each sales director, and lead subordinates to work and evaluate regularly

3. Continue to lead and urge subordinates to establish and improve local networks and achieve established investment goals

4. Strong cross-team influence and collaboration skills

5. Skilled in driving volume, building relationships, monitoring and evaluating results

6. Communicate important company information to the team and ensure that the information is understood

7. Plan and direct the day-to-day activities of the team to achieve set goals and ensure efficient use of resources

Skills Required

1. Fluency in business English

2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel application

Bachelor Degree
