Safety Supervisor/ Incharge (HSE)

Preparing health and safety strategies and developing internal policies and making changes to working practices that are safe and also in compliance with laws.

Outlining safe operational procedures which identify and take account of all relevant hazards.

Carrying out regular site and plant inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented and keep records of inspection findings.

Responsible for provision of in-house training in coordination with shift Incharge to labors/employees about health and safety issues and risks.

Assess the hazards of the work area and recommends the type of Personal Protective Equipment needed and also provide training on its use to the relevant employees.

Responsible to report all accidents or injuries that occur to the employees while at work.

Remained up to date with new laws and maintaining a working knowledge of all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) legislation.

Bachelors/ Diploma in HSE, 3- 5 years of experience with minimum of 1 year prior HSE experience in Manufacturing concern.

Fluency in spoken Urdu & Pashto Language is essential
