Job Description
Under direct supervision of the appropriate department supervisor, assignments may include but are not limited to:
1. Analyzing data; compiling and distributing reports.
2. Provide assistance with general bookkeeping duties
3. Help create and improve Financial & HR systems
4. Basic office management and administrative duties
5. Assist with State solicitations filing
6. Assist Finance team during the annual Audit process
Job Specification
Pursuit of an undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
1. Must be experienced in using Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Must display a professional appearance and attitude.
3. Must possess proficient written and oral communication skills.
4. Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
5. Knowledge of pop culture and the teens trends of the moment
6. Excellent communication skills: solid grammar, ability to convey message clearly, good telephone manner
7. Self-starter, ability to work well alone or with others
8. All the fresh or the candidates their MBA's, BBA's are in process from well known institutes are encourage to apply.
