Ensure file organization based on office protocol
Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Research into assigned areas as well as marketing
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft applications (word, excel)
Computer literate (good knowledge of using computers)
Good computer typing skills
Good English (written and communication)
