Job Description

To achieve or exceed agreed sales target of all company products.
To build close liaison with target customers for prescriptions of the products.
To visit target customers and communicate products’ message effectively, resulting into prescription generation and sales of the assigned territory.
To work for induction of new customers in the territory (validation & revalidation process).
To plan work schedule & time table;
To plan & implement an effective call plan;
To build effective business relationships with existing and new health care partners & customers;
To develop strategies to approach potential customers & increase sales;
To distribute physician samples to licensed practitioners or dermatologists;
To distribute product technical information to health care professionals;
To demonstrate products;
To organize and execute sales presentation;
To take sales orders from customers;
To develop & present educational programs;
To organize group events e.g., LSPs & RTDs & conferences for health care professionals;
To maintain detail records of all contacts and meetings and create reports for submission to manager;
To keep current with clinical data and present this data to health care professionals;
To keep informed about the activities of health care professionals and organizations in a specific area;
To keep current with the competitor's products, services being offered and their activities;
To liasion with distributor for timely order preparation;
