Job Description
- Interact with clients in the UK, US and Canada dealing with their recruitment needs.
- Working with candidates, clients and administering the advertising and publicity strategy for the company.
- Understanding client requirements, geographical restrictions and organizational culture for different vacancies.
- Source candidates for client vacancies from Internet job-boards, networking sites and generic internet searches.
- Screening of prospective candidates through telephone interviews.
- Continuously managing new and on-going temporary, contract and permanent requirements by updating the Vacancy Database.
- Develop knowledge and expertise of client industry sectors.
Job Specification
- Graduate with 16 years of education, preferably with preferably with degree in computer sciences/business administration.
- Excellent English Language skills (written and spoken) with a desire to develop fluency to a business level standard.
- Previous experience of working with a BPO would be a bonus.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good internet searching skills.
- Desire to develop career in the international recruitment arena.
- Ability and desire to develop strong Client Relationship Management (CRM) skills.
- Self motivated and team focused individual with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Must possess a high level of personal and professional integrity in line with our core values.
