1. should have complete knowledge for computer hardware server, desktop and laptops
2. IT Hardware repairing and troubleshooting ( printer, Scanner, power supply, LCD, Monitoretc)
3. Should have knowledge of networking router/swiches/firewall
4. Assembles microcomputer systems from components.
5. Troubleshoots and repairs microcomputer hardware.
6. Upgrades components and peripherals in microcomputer hardware.
7. Configures and optimizes a microcomputer system.
8. Installs and operating system and application software.
9. Maintains required documentation.
10. researches problems and investigates new software products
