Keep manual record of Daily Attendance
Operate Time Attendance
Maintain Attendance & Leaves status throughSoftware and provide daily & monthly reports as and when required
Prepare (for new appointments) and maintain personal files of staff at various locations, in a secure and organize manner
Keep track of probationary periods of new appointments and put up for confirmation upon completion of time period
Keep track of leaving and joining of all staff
Assist in placing ads for recruitment, short listingfor interview, telephonic & personal interviewing and screening
Coordinate with Accounts staff in making monthlypayroll
All related HR work

Hardworking and confident

Willingness & ability to work under pressure and without inhibitions
Excellent computer skills with good command over MS office, especially Excel

Positive attitude & friendly personality
Must have command over spoken and written English
