Job Description
Lead change management initiative for improving culture and HR competence.
Design and update HR policies and procedures.
Develop different forms, Recruitment tests and questionnaires.
Effective HR planning (succession planning, career paths etc).
Proactively develop and update JDs and maintain updated Organogram.
Design and execute quarterly Performance and reward management system.
Plan and organize different employee recognition events and recreational activities.
TNA based developmental activities (including but not limited to trainings).
Conduct HR Audits and provide feedback to HR manager.
Develop and design Reward and pay structures.
Employer branding.
Preparing different analytical reports as directed by HR Manager.
Assist in Recruitment(as and when required).
Other Duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
