Job Specification
Handling of daily routine accounting work.
Resolve accounting discrepancies.
Should have computer knowledge for processing accounts on computer.
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
To manage the accounts department, customers billing, receivable reports and Vendor's payments.
TO Handle / Dispatches Delivery to customer.
To maintain computerized bookkeeping in QuickBooks accounting software.
