1. Daily review of bank transactions and capturing those records with the financial systems.
2. Setting up weekly reports of spend by category.
3. Engaging with principal on cash flow requirements.
4. Managing spend of specific projects.
5. Creating monthly expense reports and cash flow projections.
6. Accounts Payable processing Bank Reconciliations.
7. VAT Reporting.
8. Review of payroll payments for house staff (third party used for payroll)
9. Systems migration to single platform across the structure
10. Project & ad-hoc work

The applicant must be familiar with the following mentioned skills.

• Detail-oriented with good administration and organisational skills.
• Ability to report to tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Team player.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong IT skills – experienced user of accounting systems & ideally super user in MS-Office, particularly Excel (& Powerpoint).
