1. To guide and counsel children / women in crisis situations and refer them to appropriate sources of help and relief.
2. Referral of the clients as per need.
3. Update the referral directory to include new partners and develop a referral and follow up mechanism with the referral partners.
4. Quarterly meeting with the referral partners to brief them on helpline services and promote referral both to and from the partners.
5. Liaison and negotiate with institutions with the same common objectives and goals and co-operate with referral partners.
6. Maintain a data / record of survivors of abuse for ready reference and follow-up.
7. Analyse and evaluate program to ensure achievement of program objectives.
8. Assure that targets set are being achieved.
9. Take part in the other out station project activities like capacity building trainings, seminars, workshops and conferences as and when need arise.
10. Monitor work of other staff members in implementing program activities.

1. Having Degree in Social Sciences or Law
2. Should have vast experience of work on children and women issues.
3. Should have a dynamic personality and able to lead a team.
4. Should have good knowledge about the development sector and familiar with new trends.
5. Good communication skills Oral & Written
