Job Description
The incumbent shall be responsible to handle all HR activities.
He/She must have sound Knowledge of General HR Functions (Recruitment tools, compensation & benefits, Training & Development, Performance Management etc).
S/He should be able to deal day to day Admin Matters:
- Computerized Attendance System, Transport Management.
- Dealing with Govt. Agencies i.e. Wapda, PTCL, SNGPL, WASA, DMA etc.
- Ensure the maintenance of Warehouse, Office Premises, Showrooms on regular check-up.
- Deal with day to day queries i.e. Telephone Exchange Operations, Gen Set etc.
- Responsible for Hotel Reservations, Bill processing, and TA/DA etc.
Job Specification
Required Qualification: BBA/MBA (HR)
Experience: At least 02 years of same exposure.
Should be a problem solver and decision maker.
Must have good communication skills and excellent command over MS Office Applications.
