Position: Customer Care Representative Sales/Support
Summary:
Customer Care Representative will handle web hosting queries via live chat and via phone calls.
Duties includes:
1- Handling Customer Care Sales Calls for domain name registration, new web hosting orders and related queries.
2- To provide customer care via live chat at MSN and at Helpdesk which needs good typing speed.
3- Getting resolved technical queries like email are not working for a customer, get resolved the issue from system administrator and give feedback to customer in minimum time by offering speedy response.
