Oracle Data Warehouse Administrator/ Developer

The Data Warehouse Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting (including report generation) a Data Warehouse application within an Oracle environment.
Candidate will be responsible for the following: - Requirements gathering, documentation, code design, development and testing -Software and operational procedures documentation.Work closely with business staff to understand their needs and analyze/document the requirements and solutions, and develop reports accordingly.
Candidate will also write performance effective SQL and PL/SQL code and work with DBA to tune application performance.

· Database development experience using Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Stored Procedures
· Strong Data warehousing skills with complete understanding of Star schema and ETL tools
· Must know how to use Discoverer and Oracle Reports
· Must be a team player and willing to follow directions, as well as take initiatives
· Strong PL/SQL skills
· Experience with Data modeling (Erwin, ER-Studio or Visio), database design, and Star schema is required
· Experience of installation and configuration of 10g Application Server with Oracle Data Warehouse Builder
