The primary responsibilities of the BDA will be:
- Actively seek out new sale opportunity through cold calling, networking.
- Setup meeting with potential real estate clients.
- Find and reach out new perspectives.
- Knowledge of creating Sales Pitch.
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients.
- Negotiate and Close Deals with real estate clients.
- Achieve monthly or weekly targets.
- Mature deals as per the target allotted.
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales.
