A.Sales
Follow up the prospective customers regarding the compressor enquires through telephone / sales letter /e-mail.
Search targeted / potential clients through our customer data base /web / news paper and telemarketing.
Assist RSM in all his assignments to boost up the ALUP compressor sales figures.
Maintenance of all the records / documents related to Sales department in a proper manner.
Preparation of all types of offers / letters and dispatch /fax/ e-mail to relevant client file and keep an soft copy in client folder.
Make sure that all the offers must possess supporting documents with it. Without supporting documents offer /letter must not be send to the clients.
Keep up dated customer data base through any available information received by Sales / Service / Principle and customer.
Follow up in process and pending issue pertaining to invoices, indents, L/c and shipments with Principal and update the customer accordingly.
Issuing quotations ,delivery Challan, invoice and covering letters against receiving sales requisitions from Manager
Co-ordinate with store officer and admin for Issuing the store issue slip for delivering goods to the customers
Making and Updating all kind of sales reports
supposed to be report RSM for all your daily routine.
Job Specification
Should be alteast bechlor degree holder with two to three years of experience,
