No of positions: 01 Location: Lahore Job Type: Permanent Gender: Female only (25-35) Timings: 1pm-9pm The Company: Our client is a renowned chain of furniture and interior décor operating nationwide with a strong network. As a result of their expansion they are seeking to recruit a female for the position of Showroom Manager for their flagship showroom in DHA Lahore. The Role: The main responsibilities of the Showroom Manger would be: - To report day to day activities to Head Office - To supervise sales staff - To mange all function of the showroom - To identify customer requirements and suggesting products - To finalise orders - To provide feedback to Research & Development department on customer demands (liking/disliking) - To work with Interior Designers team to develop new product range - To identify new marketing opportunities - More importantly, the candidate will report to the Sales Director and will manage the development and implementation of sales profit targets and market share goals.

The Candidate: - Preferably MBA but atleast Graduate - At least 2 years experience and preferably 1 year in the same environment - The ideal candidate should be a pleasant personality having good common sense and management skills. Also, you should be confident, motivated and target driven The Salary: - Rs.25k to 40k depending on the candidate - Annual Bonus
