****Qualifications:

- BS in computer sciences from a recognized university

- 3 + yrs Experience in complete software development lifecycle

- 3-4 yrs Proven Experience in Active Server Pages, VB, MTS, SQL server

- Proven leadership and communication skills

- Strong priority and results orientation, with attention to detail

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and mentor engineers

- Deliver high-quality work while following tight deadlines and heavy activity schedule

- Enterprise application development experience on Microsoft platform preferred

****Responsibilities:

- Lead technical teams to produce high quality code

- Monitor technical performance and progress

- Review requirements and functional specification documents

- Participate in resolving changes in projects

- Participate in conceptual designing of application

- Participate in detailed designing of application

- Identify, track and manage technical issues in projects

- Maintain high quality project documentation

- Ability to deliver the required Information to all stakeholders (reporting)

- Hands on coding expertise (only if required)

- Produce high quality project documentation

- Resolve complex problems

- Maintain coding standards

- Provide proactive suggestions to enhance the quality of work

- Ability to review test plans, test cases and scenario matrix

- Ability to ensure the delivery of high quality products through internal QA

- Excellent training/HR skills to groom junior team members, provide technical guidance/ growth guidelines and assistance to produce high caliber team members.
