Job Description
Distribute all bid requests to manager Attend select pre-bid meetings
Prepare bids along with updating the computer estimating system as assigned by manager. Responsible for all aspects of the computer estimating system.
Prepare bids following procedure. (Visit existing job site to review conditions, prepare bid in a clear, concise manner to define the scope of work and identify exclusions.
Prepare bid according to code requirements/specifications, review the proposal with manager before submitting, deliver the proposal to appropriate contractor/customer, etc.)
Adhere to time frames/schedules both external and internal. Responsible for code compliant design for design/build projects. Alternates on proposals when necessary. Update and communicate bidding results and all other pertinent information to the manager. Formulate submittal documents for each contracted job in a timely manner for review by the manager.
Provide all pertinent drawings for acquired projects
