Highly Keen - The HR Institute is looking for Incharge Administration for one of its clients. Job Description of required candidate is;
Ensure regular maintenance of furniture, fixtures, equipment, electrical appliances, PTCL matters, building etc of Head Office and Retail Outlets. If any issue arises call vendors for any maintenance and clear the problem under his supervision.
Act as the main liaison person and takes responsibility of new building / floor structuring and construction by arranging vendors, getting quotations, supervising construction and other civil works whenever a new outlet or office has to be constructed.
Administrate all the legally required benefits of staff inclusive EOB and social security and deal with these government departments directly.
Responsible for all office and retail stationery purchases, kitchen and toilet purchases on monthly basis after getting the requisition slips from all office staff.
Deal all administrative emergencies by himself including but not limited to theft case in outlets, staff emergencies, electricity failures, police station matters etc.
Responsible for daily cleanliness of Head office by checking the cleanliness on daily basis and take actions where required.
Responsible to manage stocks of office stationary, Kitchen items, Toiletries and ensure the control of extra usage of these commodities.
Responsible for Hiring and firing of security guards, drivers and janitorial staff of whole Royal Tag.
Manage day to day matters related to leaves, shifts, discipline of admin staff including receptionist, guards, sweepers and office boys.
Any other task related to administration assigned by senior time to time.
