Take complete responsibility for the social media account of a client/s
Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of social media strategy and online marketing campaigns
Communicate and coordinate with other associates (designers, developers, etc.) to achieve the overall goals and objectives
Work closely with others to formulate the digital media strategy for the client
Create and maintain Content Calendars, including writing Facebook Status Updates, Twitter posts, and LinkedIn group management.
Post relevant content in accordance with Content Calendars.
Actively identify content to develop that could be valuable to community members based on listening and participation in these conversations.
Review user generated comments and posts in a quick and timely manner.
Respond to comments, when appropriate, in order to foster a positive community and add value to the participant’s experience.
Closely monitor and measure the impact of social media efforts by utilizing best methods to calculate ROI
Summarize insights obtained through tools such as Facebook Insights, Social Bakers, Social Mention, Crowdbooster etc and send regular reports to client/s to demonstrate the impact of social media on overall marketing efforts
Design, setup and run the advertising campaigns on behalf of the client
Monitor, measure and report to the client the results of advertising efforts
Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing the use of social media
Occasionally, help the company with its business development efforts byassisting in proposal writing, meeting clients, and following up with them.
You are expected to:
Have strong project management skills as the social media management requires great discipline
Study the latest articles, news items, white papers, research studies on social media to ensure thatyou are at the top of what is happening in the arena of social media
Ensure that content is free of grammatical errors and it has been approved before being put up for public viewing
Be creative in your social media endeavors so that the work you do stands out from the work being done for client’s competitors
Be willing to experiment with new forms of content and methods of social media
Have the ability to make sense of data handed to you by Facebook Insights, Facebook Advertising etc.
