Job Description

  • Handling of inbound customer calls.
  • Answer queries
  • Customer complaints and making outbound calls to clients to verify clients’ particulars.
  • Staff also required to Monitor and Manage Network Services/Applications.
Look after all training campaigns and help will be provided wherever needed.
