1) Taking order over the phone or fax

2) Reconfirm orders from dealers to clarify any confusions

3) Prepare temporary Loading Document (TLD) and fax to Factories

4) Cross check TLD entry with the manual entry to minimize errors

5) Coordinate with dealer regarding their issues like supply and balance

6) Coordinate with area manager regarding their dealer orders and supply

7) Fax details of orders to zonal office on daily basis

8) Coordinate with factories regarding the dealer’s issues

Education: BA or any other equivalent qualification

Experience: 01 to 02 Years
