• Supervise overall activities related to Production Area.
• Monitor timings, preparation, cleanliness of production area and equipments, documents and batch records.
• Signature line clearance Ready Tag of the area in which work is going to be started & start of work.
• Proper entries on the display board before start of any process i.e., entries of product, change over, maintenance work on the display board.
• Responsible for all the in-process work, packing material placed in the section which is started in any section.
• Responsible for all the material placed in the F.G Quarantine, Receiving of all the Raw / Packaging Material, maintaining all the records in the in-process registers, preparation of Transfer Ticket, preparation of printing sheet and destruction certificate.
• Responsible for making of DPRS on daily basis, follow up of all the production work which is going to be started.
• Training of the worker / Staff Regarding cGMP, Documents / Log Book / Registers used in Production Area.
• Responsible to inform to his senior regarding any matter / deviation performed during production process.
• Keep update all documents, files, maps, records, policies, and procedures for smooth operations.
• Ensure safety, health and environment at plant.

• Ability to improve productivity by ensuring optimal utilization of plant and people
• Knowledge of: ISO 9001:2000 - cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) validation and process
• People oriented, Team leader, Strong personality, Decision maker Must be computer literate
