We are looking for Assistant HR for our Software House

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

- Assist with day to day routine work of the HR functions and duties

- Compile and update employee records, CVs management, arranging interviews, shortlist candidates from job portals, social media etc. (hard and soft copies). Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews

- Prepare reports relating to personnel activities, performance evaluations etc.

- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
