Principle Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a Seasoned Principle Quality Assurance Engineer who can transform a healthy team of over 12 SQE's with his leadership, dedication and professionalism for our development center in Lahore Pakistan. Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in computer science from a reputable university or electrical engineering or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

* Proven management expertise (minimum of 3+ years managing and motivating a large group of experienced QA engineers)

* 5 + year’s overall QA experience in a reputable/process oriented organization

* Dedicated with progressive leadership and team mentoring skills

* Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills

* Strong organizational skills and work ethic

* Ability to develop and maintain a solid QA test environment

* Dedication to documentation and attention to detail

* Hands on expertise with the effective integration of unit test, white box, black box, stress, and automated testing methodologies.

* Experienced in Ownership of Product Testing Strategy throughout the Product Life Cycle.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and demonstrate Product Knowledge.

* Supervise multiple teams, providing ongoing mentoring and coaching in the use of quality assessment methodologies and tools.

* Oversees the development and execution of software test plans, test execution and analysis and reporting of test results.

* Maintains schedules and coordinates activities, provides guidance during design, development and implementation by establishing goals that are aligned with established policies and standards.

* Monitors the completion of tasks within time and cost constraints and ensures that technical/business objectives are met.

* Identifies and recommends changes to established practices and policies.

* Regularly interacts with subordinates as well as peer managers, both within and beyond a particular functional area.

* Act as a catalyst with all company departments to encourage process and quality improvement.

* Define set of quality specific metrics that can be collected automatically

* Participate in designing and implementing test strategy and approach

* Perform reviews of written test scripts and completed test packages, assuring that all requirements are met, resolutions are clear and verifications have been performed

* Implement a testing process that will be ensure quality software deliverability and at the same time be efficient and non-disruptive to the development process

* Drives the implementation of Test Automation and Measurement across the entire project.

* Charge up the team through excellence in leadership, integrity and professionalism
