Educating salesman and Branch Managers to tally physical sales with the cash memos
Educating all Branch Managers that how to explain quires to different departments.
Daily maintained dash board report includes (Daily Leave/Absentees, Daily sales targets, Daily individual targets for each section,) for each Branch.
Participate in the formulization and implementation of the sales region strategy to ensure the alignment with Metro strategy Policies, Process and Procedures.
Manage day to day operations of sales region providing guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work process in order to achieve high performance standard.
Ensure sales targets are achieved and make a comprehensive report on daily basis which including given daily targets, achievement of targets in percentage.
