The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a critical role in our organization, responsible for driving new business opportunities. The SDR will identify qualified prospects, engage with them through outbound prospecting efforts via email and phone, and ultimately hand off those qualified opportunities to the sales team. Responsibilities:
- Prospect for qualified leads and build a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calls, and emails
- Utilize sales automation tools to maximize effectiveness of prospecting efforts
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations and qualify leads
- Document all prospecting activities in our CRM
- Collaborate internally with marketing staff to support campaigns and identify new leads.
- Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams regarding customer needs
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals.
- Maintain knowledge of services offered by the company.
- Managed to work the night shift. Timings would be 7:00 PM TO 4:00 AM.
