Job Description
To count, sort and check in incoming articles; verifie against requisitions, shipping notices or invoices; place articles on floor shelves or in storeroom.
To check inventory periodically to determine reordering needs and verify with records; requisitions standard stock items, supplies or materials within established limits; notify designated staff of fast moving items.
To place tags, markers or labels on shelves to identify stock.
To record or document changes in inventory, mark-ups or markdowns according to established procedures.
To gather requisitioned supplies, materials and prepares for delivery or pick-up.
To assist departments or others in locating needed materials or supplies.
Job Specification
Graduate for Officer (Minimum Intermediate for Assistant).
Knowledge of cataloging and inventory techniques.
Good Command on MS Office.
ERP and Other softwares.
