Job Description
eSpark Consulting Group is seeking enthusiastic candidates with excellent communication skills and will be required to work in a time-bound environment and ensure that appoitnment calls are provided to its best quality and you are responsible for meeting personal and team targets in a friendly environment with a lot of growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Take customer calls and provide accurate answers to their queries and concerns
- Offering assistance and support patiently
- Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies
- Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service

Working Hrs: 6-8 Hours
Timings: 6 PM to 12 AM
Salary: 20k basic and 3K punctual Allowance
Commission: 10k to 25k (depending upon the numbers of Qualified bookings)
