Who support Ex. Chef in routine matter, reporting to management and correspondence to other department for Kitchen Operations. The candidate will oversee the operations of multiple dining facilities and spanning multiple shifts, develop standard recipes, should be specialist of Pakistani / Continental / Chinese & Italian foods, train staff and ensure high food quality.
Job Specification
Candidate should be a graduate with supervising level experience of relevant field with 5 years in Hotel Industry or Restaurant. Computer skills and good English communication skills are essential. As well as he is a team leader & be capable of managing & training the junior staff. Plan and promote the menus.
