1. Designs/codes applications following specifications using the appropriate tools and writing comments in his/her source files.
2. Development of custom Web-based applications with database back end for customers and internal projects.
3. Co-operation with other Web development team members (e.g. Project manager, Web programmers, graphic designers, and authors, quality assurance) in the production of a finished product.
4. Excellent knowledge of MySQL, PHP
5. Excellent knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS (a big +), XML.
6. Constantly updating technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications.
7. Working closely with other staff, such as project managers, graphic artists, systems analysts, and sales and marketing professionals.
8. Creating technical specifications and test plans, writing operational documentation with technical authors.

1. PHP Web Development, PHP MySQL , Web Application ,Oracle SQL CGI.
2. Expertise of working on OSCommerce, CRELoaded, Mambo and similar other open source applications, Must know template based coding following PEAR standards.
3. Expertise in PHP, OOPS and hand-coded HTML following W3C standards, Very Sound know-how of Web Environment.
4. Evaluate and perform design tradeoffs regarding the architecture and software components.
5. Develop and implement software services for use in a Service Oriented Architecture.
