The Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategies and tools for effective marketing of the company’s services. S/he will be responsible for execution and monitoring of marketing and sales activities
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy and Tools
Take part in the development of sales and marketing plan for the next five years.
Revise or adapt existing sales and marketing strategies and tools to support implementation of the sales and marketing plan.
Responsible for all company brand development issues.
SALES AND MARKETING
Responsible for hunting and acquiring of new clients as per planned targets. Sales marketing activities could be Door to Door, Online or other platforms
Network on different relevant platforms and ensure company brand.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP
Responsible for bi-annual customer satisfaction survey and other ad-hoc customer engagements about their satisfaction on our services and seek areas for improvement.
Engage and coach the consulting team about customer handling.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database.
Responsible for preparation of e-newsletter, social media and website information update to existing and potential clients.
