Position Summary:
Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Director on all personnel matters and assists with payroll processing and administrative operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
performing customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
preparing files for new employees enrolement including salary, beniftis and others.
Verifying I-9 documentation and maintains books current. Performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations to General Ledger and other accounts.
Conducting audits of various payrolls, benefits or other HR programs and recommends any corrective action.
Assisting with processing of terminations. Assists with the preparation of the performance review forms.
Assisting with recruitment and interview process.
Assisting with the various employee discount coupons for the purchase of company products directed by HR manager.
Scheduling meetings and interviews as requested by HR Manager.
Making photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions.
implimenting and Maintain the code of conduct for the employees.
To Performs other duties as assigned.
