Job Description

GuruTrax Solutions are looking for a Social Media Executive for Lahore Office. Excellent Salary Package.

Position Responsibilities:

Company is looking a passionate social media expert to help shape and implement social media engagement with customers, partners, and the industry. As Social Media Executive he/she would represents the voice of Company on all social media channels. Social media is made up of networks, blogs and Websites. The ideal Social Media Executive is a self-starter with a finger on the pulse of social media. He or she is a team leader, highly skilled at pitching new business, planning social media strategies. Candidates for this position should have experience in writing proposals and pitching new business; strategic thinking; writing communications plans; building teams; and generating content, digital publicity, buzz and consumer engagements for a variety of clients simultaneously.

  • They must be knowledgeable in the leading tools and service providers available today.
  • Participates in new business development pitches.
  • Builds and drives strategy around monetization of our social media efforts.
  • Educates executive team on how to incorporate relevant social media techniques into all marketing initiatives.
  • Works closely with the Strategic, Creative, Media, and PR, Account Management and Interactive teams to strategize and manage the process to create post and update online content for clients across social media Websites.
  • Have intimate understanding of relevant social networking platforms and technologies including, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn.
  • Provide daily, vigilant moderation of Company’s official social media properties and accelerate hot topics to subject matter experts, business owners, or the community software platform user.
  • Work in extremely close concert with internal administration to incorporate social media into marketing campaigns, programs, and launches.
  • Serve as ongoing cooperation to social media platform vendors for software upgrades, bug fixes, new feature roadmap items.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to community managers about trends, opportunities. 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in marketing/communications.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of community and/or social media experience in a IT Company.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation promote enthusiasm and motivate relationship building
  • Knowledge of IT software Windows, Office, Web, and related tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Software based company.
  • Experience in IT. Strong Familiarity of software industry and products.
  • Presentation and proposal skills.
