Job Description
* Preparation of Financial Statement
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
* Prepare and review , revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
* Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
* Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
*Input and handling of financial data and reports for the company's automated financial systems.
* Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
* Any other task assigned by the manager accounts.
Job Specification
1. In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of accounts and audit law, systems, policies, and procedures.
2. In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of Income/Sales Tax law, systems, policies, and procedures.
3. Must have experiance of working in a manufacturing firm.
