Junior Marketing Coordinator, Digital Marketer

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Junior Media Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 10 months of experience in digital marketing and advertising, and be both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player with a passion for expanding our company's brand presence.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the planning and execution of cross-platform digital marketing strategies, including Google & Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM, content marketing, email outreach, and partnerships, and display advertising campaigns.
2. Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
3. Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
4. Assist in the management of the team's tasks and attend standup meetings to keep track of progress.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize existing websites.
5. Possess a basic understanding of website analytics tools.
6. Demonstrate high creativity in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Possess a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).

Requirements:

1. 6 months to 10 months of proven experience in a media buying or similar role.
2. Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising.
3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
