Job Summary:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administration. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that support the overall mission and goals of the company. The HR Manager will also be responsible for managing employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR function and department
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures
- Play a role in major role in talent hunt, talent management and succession planning processes
- Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensure organization’s compliance
- Support the management of the company’s talent acquisition process, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new employees
- Manage employee onboarding and development programs
Requirements:
- Min Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
