We are looking for a talented individual to join our team in the role of a Customer Support Executive who will focus on providing excellent responsive service for our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position is responsible for providing customers outstanding live, via telephone or live chat.
Whether it’s a bug in your product, a billing issue, or just about any problem, a support agent will make sure that they take ownership and help the customer get the smooth and optimal experience they deserve. The support reps will also work closely with teams from different departments to ensure swift action is taken to get a particular issue sorted.
Customer service representative will have to primarily handle inbound calls, where customers would reach out to agents via phone calls or live chat to resolve their issues.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in a Customer Support
• Multi-tasking, the experience of managing multiple customer queries.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience with standard business environments software, such as MS Word and MS Excel.
• An aptitude for caring for Customers and must have the analytical ability to resolve customer issues
• Comfortable balancing competing demands.
• Experience providing support via phone and chat
• Basic knowledge of technology.
