Job Description
- To implement and administer the assessment and ensure compliance with quality standards as directed by the Director/CEO.
- Plan, design, and deliver customized programs in the English language.
- To support, train and guide employees and develop their personal and professional attitudes, skills, and abilities with the responsibility to ensure the successful completion of projects assigned.
- To assess new along with existing employees and provide feedback by comparing against the defined benchmarks, using audio and video modes of evaluation.
- To maintain the ongoing program of personal and professional development to achieve the pre-requisite standards that are in accordance with Training Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
- Assessor will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing auto-scored English language proficiency assessments to ensure quality workflow.
- Course assignments can include oral communication (listening, speaking), textual communication (writing/reading), and maintaining accuracy (grammar and accent reduction) at all levels.
- Research and develop specialized language content (ESP) as required.
- Design, create and administer various training assessments and evaluations.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required program reports and records.
- To closely monitor and give feedback to line managers on employee performance and to identify methods to mitigate failure and resolve potential failure cases through planned remedial actions.

Qualification
- Graduate Degree (Master/Ph.D.) in English Literature, Applied Linguistics, Educational Linguistics, IELTS/PTE/TOEFL with a focus on language proficiency assessment/testing and research.
- Extensive experience in developing teaching curricula.
- Having IELTS certification, PTE, Language Certificate, Oxford English Test, and British Council experience is a must.
- Relevant Vocational Qualification and Quality Assurance qualification or equivalent (TAQA), Assessor Award, or Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement.
Experience
- Experience in coaching on accent and grammar.
- Relevant national and international experience is a definite plus.
- Experience in dealing with employees in a professional capacity.
- Significant experience in conducting the assessment process.
- Having at least 4–5 years of experience in English Teaching preferably in IELTS/PTE or Cambridge English Exams.
