Assistant Facilities Manager (Project Manager)

Responsible for the Lead the project and overall efficient operation of Karachi, Islamabad & Lahore Facility and all infrastructures, including, electrical, mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire and security alarm systems, Data Center Critical UPS & Precise Cooling System and all essential supporting equipment. Manage multiple large capital projects other than Facility Operations

• Co ordinate all scheduled maintenance with impacted personnel.
• Plan on downtime for preventive maintenance.
• Scheduled downtime when necessary for emergency repairs.
• Prepared weekly status reports regarding all on going projects.
• Coordinated special projects with stakeholders and vendors to ensure building compliance.
• Developed and maintained good working relationships with seniors, peers and subordinates.
• Developed request for proposals for high value, multi-year project and performed detailed bid analysis.
• Initiated, assisted, and analysed studies in order to respond to health and safety audit.
• Managed & Closed all the Facility Helpdesk Request through IBM RESO Tool & Manage Work orders on Maximo.
• Responsible for the Data Center Crack Unit & UPS Maintenance.
• Prepare Monthly, Weekly & Ticket Closure Reports including the RCA Reports for the Data Center related issues.
• Responsible for establishing programs for preventive maintenance, liaising with contractors and suppliers, managing

• Provide support to ongoing projects whenever & wherever required.
• Procurement of Monthly Cleaning & Hygiene Consumables, MEP Consumables & Spares for the Fixed Contract.
• Manage and submit Proposal to the client for all Variation jobs.
