As a finance officer, you are expected to ensure accurate recording of information on a timely basis. This position requires working closely with various functions of the company and resolving issues as and when they occur with complete ownership and dedication.Please note this is a 6-month contractual role followed by a permanent position based on satisfactory performance.
Required background
- A degree in accounting or finance- Fresh to 1 year experience
Key Responsibilities
- Record inventory in company’s system with full precision and accuracy;- Maintain record of all adjustable taxes charged on an invoice and follow-up on its claims;- Handle invoice management, inventory reconciliations and tie up vendor balances;- Work with the supply-chain team on purchase order management and stock pricing;- Work with the business operations team on merchandising and stock audits;- Take full responsibility for the assigned tasks, and handle them end-to-end;
