Job Description
- Receive customer’s complaints
- Log customer’s complaints into the SeeSam's software
- Assign complaints to Engineers
- Hourly follow up the complaints from Engineers
- Close the complaints according to feedback from Engineers and Customers
- Assign PM Services calls to Engineers as per schedule, prior to the day of calls
- Assign calls to Resident Representatives and branches
- Upload slips of complaints and PM services
- Follow up of estimates and maintenance contracts submitted to customers
- Prepare various reports on regular basis to Management and customers
Job Specification
To maintain customer’s complaints log, liaison with the technical staff and Management, prepare required reports in Ms. Excel (Pivot Table,MailMerge etc..)
