We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Magento Developer for our Karachi office to work on our e-commerce websites operating in UK, Pakistan and UAE. Developer should have adeep understanding of PHP5, CSS, MYSQL, HTML5, XHTML, XML, JAVASCRIPT, JQUERY, JS FRAMEWORKS to develop, maintain and customize ecommerce websites.
Developer should be able to create custom e-commerce applications. Responsible for writing custom software to extend Magento functionality to meet our requirements. Able to customise every portion of magento.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on, successful and verifiable Magento experience. Please DO NOT apply if you do not have 2 years min experience with Magento.
Capable of building a Magento site from design to a functional storefront. Ability to start with a Photoshop design and then develop and validate standard XHTML and CSS to strict deadlines.
Extensive style and customization of the Magento Platform Front-end or Backend to achieve business objectives. Ability to research, install, and configure various Magento Extensions.
Understanding of browser specific compatibility issues. Import and export e-Commerce data i.e customer data, order data, product data, reviews, etc. Extend Magento functionality through custom programming and configure Magento to work with assigned ERP systems, shipping systems, and accounting systems e.g linnworks
Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Dreamweaver,Fireworks etc.
Have very good communication skills, verbally and in writing.Good level of understanding of English language.
