Job Description

  1. To assist Sr. officer HR in providing support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities as under:
  • To prepare/type JDs in coordination with Sr. Officer HR and to get verify from him. Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place.
  • Provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions.
  • Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
  • Process employee requests for outside training while complying with policies and procedures.
  • Provide assistance to Sr. officer HR in devising staff/labors and developing human resource plans.
  • Assist Sr. officer HR in employee orientations time to time to further capable of getting employee training and assessments procedures.
  1. To monitor staff performance and attendance activities to control chronic absences on daily, weekly and/or monthly basis in coordination with Sr. officer HR.
  2. To assist Sr. officer HR in providing recommendations for disciplinary actions and also dealing employee/labors grievances.
  3. Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
  4. To assist Sr. Officer HR in preparing notices and ads for vacant positions.
  5. Supervise Jr. Officer in scheduling and organizing interview sessions.
  6. Conduct reference checks to assist Sr. officer HR on possible candidates.
  7. Provide advice and assistance to staff and management on pay and benefits systems.
  8. Explain employment standards and legislation such as workers compensation, labor standards and fair practice within an organization.
  9. To supervise Jr. Officer HR in preparing monthly employee turnover analysis report.
  10. To prepare monthly attendance sheet and to place on notice board before every 5 of month.
  11. To receive labor hiring forms from departments and get them signed from senior officer and put for data entry. While provide all newly joined employees for profile entry.
